TWS Reflow Ovens are available in several sizes, to meet all of your manufacturing and prototyping requirements.  These ovens are efficient and cost-effective.

TWS1390 Reflow Oven

The TWS1390 is a medium-size convection oven, 3 meters long (with a 2 meter tunnel) and produces a very good soldering profile, together with high productivity and low power consumption.

TWS1380 Reflow Oven

A wide variety of thermal profiles can be obtained to fulfill even the most complex demands. Up to 14 programs can be stored and quickly downloaded. The heating elements are controlled by a PID regulator using Burst Firing commutation, complying to EMI standards.

Oven’s main parameters, which are constantly monitored by a micro-processor connected to the LCD color display, shows:

• Temperature set point for each heating zone
• Actual temperature for each heating zone
• Conveyor speed set point
• Actual speed of the conveyor

The TWS850 and TWS850N2 are powerful and compact reflow and convection ovens with one heating zone ideal to perform soldering operations for small batch and prototype size SMT manufacturing, and for curing adhesive and pastes.
